Each session is custom designed to suit your changing health needs. This massage will combine techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, fascia release and stretching depending on your body's needs.
Thai Massage is performed fully (comfortably) clothed on a big soft mat on the floor. I will guide you through a series of yoga postures and gentle stretches while palming and thumbing along the body's "sen" (energy lines) and pressure points. This relieves muscular tension and balances the body in more ways than I have room to type. Some people call it "Lazy Person's Yoga" but don't tell my teacher I said that. It may sound too "active" for your liking, but I promise you, it is incredibly relaxing. You just lie like a bunch of broccoli and let me do the rest.
